Poor, they don't even deserve a star. They treat women over 40 like invisible people. I have heard this from other women over the years, and now I had it happen to me. They also don't stand behind what they sell you at over inflated prices. There are plenty of other jewelry stores around that treat you with respect. Go there instead.
