Went engagement ring shopping with my boyfriend last week as soon as we walked in we were helped. There was a great selection! Craig was extremely helpful in helping me find a ring I loved. I am hoping I will one day be getting the beautiful ring! I highly recommend Smyth and just want to thank Craig for all of his help!
Went back to Smyth to have my wife’s ring which I purchased here looked at. When I purchased the ring it came with a lifetime warranty from Tacori. The person at the service desk was unable to help and offered me a special deal to pay to have it fixed. No thank you...we went to another jewelry store down the street that took care of it and recognized the warranty even without us buying it from them. Smyth just lost a customer due to lack of customer service.
