Spencer at SMT was very helpful. I spoke to him first and then went to their building. He showed me some of their products and also toured me through the facility. Upon seeing some wheels, I wqs eaqsily able to pick out what style would work for me even though they have well over 100 options. Hopefully my new wheels aqnd tires will be ready in 4-6 weeks and we can put them on my bike!
Called and spoke to Spencer in need of a wheel bearing replacement to get the bike back up and running. He had them on the way asap. Called again this week to talk about a replacement wheel, when you deal with these guys it’s not just another call center, you get real conversation on top of the best wheels in the game. Thanks again Spencer! Update: new wheel is in, Spencer once again was awesome! Love the new wheel
