The employees at SMP Pharmacy Solutions are very friendly and kind, and every interaction I had with staff was pleasant. Unfortunately, if you have TRICARE/Humana Military insurance, they really struggle to figure out how to correctly bill your coverage. Despite SMP Pharmacy having a contract with the military, there seemed to be a lack of understanding of how military insurance—specifically TRICARE routed through Humana—actually works. I have always had wonderful experiences with the SMP Pharmacy Maven representatives, especially as I’m currently going through an IVF cycle, which is already a very stressful and expensive process. However, today I encountered a representative named Kristina/Christina who spoke to me with a tone that felt very rude and dismissive.
