Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and seems annoyed by basic questions. There was one instance where I asked for a supervisor and that got no where. She was super rude and had the attitude like she didn’t want to help. Very frustrated with the lack of communication provided, the need to contact them multiple times to get prescriptions filled and overall miscommunication. Significant issues and attitude when trying to work with them to resolve significant issues and long wait times on the phone. I shouldn't have to spend hours working to get medications filled that are incredibly expensive.

I just wanted to share how truly impressed I am with SMP. Their customer service is, without exaggeration, one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Shortly after my doctor’s appointment, before I even got home, I had a text letting me know my order was already being processed. Later, they called to coordinate delivery or offer the option to pick it up myself.
