Under no circumstance should you ever buy a vehicle from this dealer or it's owner Kasbar Tchabrazian cars on his lot are not able to pass a safety check, do not let him do the safety, he does not have qualified mechanics to do so or there as crooked as he is but gets a certificate anyways. You must take it to your own mechanical look at he will tell you it's only worth scrap. My only words of advice no matter how good the deal seems get in your car and drive away as fast as you can. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I bought a 2nd car from here after we had a good experience with the first car, which was lost in a car accident. Biggest mistake. Paid 6k and have put in 5k in repairs. Still has issues we have to deal with since we can't afford the repairs. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
Do not trust this dealer! Bought a car years ago that should have never passed a safety. Issues right away after purchase that I only learned later should have disqualified the sale. Cost me thousands
SMP Auto is the WORST place to go. The owner Kaspar is a liar and a dishonest person. I bought a car from them and he promised a 3-month warranty over the engine and transmission. The transmission failed just a month after purchasing it and when I contacted him to tell the problem he just answered "So what can I do?" when I heard that I just hung up cause I knew what was going on. He and his mechanic Mike Kelly have their shady thing. They sell "safetified" vehicles but when you take the car to an actual mechanic is where yo... read more
