RecommendedGreat Staff that is always extremely accommodating and excessively transparent about mechanical needs for our Volvo S80. We drive 4 Hours from Eureka just to see the team at Smothers.
A well-informed Parts & Service staff made my two recent visits a pleasure. Cookies and beverages in the waiting room made the time fly. They offer a ride service that many others availed themselves of and they were served in minutes. The entire company, from the car-washer to the national executives were kind, helpful and generous. My 2004 V70 wagon looks and runs like a new car.
