First time took my son to this place, up front workers were really nice, but then we met a dentist, I’m not sure what was going on that day, maybe she was very busy, but her attitude was horrible. On my questions, as a parent and advocate for my child I think it’s ok to ask, she was rude and said “ maybe we not for you?” , well you definitely not for me or my child! My son had a tooth pulled a few days ago and woke up this morning with another tooth swollen, I left a message with the office (this is being posted on Saturday btw) and a short time later Dr. Cat text me asking for pics and information. They are the best and I’m truly grateful for the fantastic service and care they provide!!!

Had many great experiences here until today. My 6 year old needed a cavity filled. They tried to insert a dolphin tail. This is a device that is plastic and goes at the back of the throat. My son was scared understandably. They had some trouble getting it to work, and asked me to hold his hands to keep him still. This caused this situation to escalate to where he needed to be held down and was scaring him. They then switched to a different method all While patronizing him.
