got a brisket sanwhich w/ Mac n chz, pulled pork w/beans and a half slab of ribs. The only thing worth eating were the beans, they were excellent. Everything else was flavorless. Carolina sauce had NO vinegar/acid flavor whatsoever. Pulled Pork was dry and flavorless. The brisket was tender and appropriately fatty but somehow, completely flavorless (I seriously don't even know how that's possible, how do you go about taking all of the flavor out of brisket? is it an intentional process? deflavoring?).
