Great job on the smooth, the store is clean and welcoming! Well return again and again.
The building itself isnt bad but everything else is subpar. I regret the choice to try this place on my lunch break. Even after ordering 15 mins prior to coming in my order took an additional 25 mins, during which time I watched 5 people come in, place an order and still be served before me. My order was a simple bowl which took them about 60 seconds to prepare. Im not certain why it was easier to the staff to prepare 3 orders of toast and 6 six smoothies first.
I’ve been to many Smoothie King locations across different states, but I have never come across an employee like Priya🥰. She is truly exceptional👏👏. From the moment you walk in, her welcoming attitude stands out. She is patient, kind, and takes the time to clearly explain the smoothies, helping you choose exactly what fits your needs.
