These ladies working today seem to NOT customer service oriented. A simple hello would be nice upon entering. It took about 3 minutes to be acknowledged by the person taking my order. The other young lady just looked and did not say a word.
I always love coming to smoothie king. The clean atmosphere is always pleasant and the workers are very friendly. Big thanks to Kevin and his vast knowledge of the Smoothie King menu, helped me find my new favorite smoothie!
I order from here multiple times a week. Just about every morning I am greeted by the same employee with a good morning and my drink made perfectly. She always keeps her cool and knocks out drinks with a smile consistently no matter how many people are there. I learned today that her name is Raquel, you are awesome, keep up the good work and thank you!
Kid working nights keeps on closing before 9pm. Third time in a row!
