Mia helped me and my coworker after a long shift and was so kind and attentive. We didn't know what we wanted and she guided us and gave us the perfect new thing to try! It was just her working and she was quick and gave us an amazing quality experience!
Super clean environment, there were a lot of customers but Mia was fast, efficient, and very kind!
Food is always great. I waited 10 min for my order to be taken but no one was there. All lights were off, doors locked. I’ve ordered at this location numerous times in the early AM so this was pretty disappointing. Please update your business hours online so others don’t run into the same problem.
I had a great experience at the Smoothie King on 620 in Austin, and CJ really made the visit stand out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me choose the right smoothie based on what I was looking for. You can tell he actually cares about customer service, which makes a big difference. The smoothie was fresh, delicious, and made quickly even though it was busy. It’s always nice to go somewhere and feel welcomed instead of rushed. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service I received.
I love smoothie king and there is so many great options to choose from and their was great service from the employees especially Justine thank you for the great smoothie
