Our daughter is allergic to milk, so we wanted to substitute the “low-fat milk” for an alternative milk or juice on their angel food kids smoothies. They refused. Since the milk is NOT included in the mix, and employees have to pour it in there is literally no excuse for the woman taking our order to refuse to do this simple accommodation. I’m very disappointed in the customer service here.
I LOVE this location!! I always feel appreciated when I come and the service is quick and precise!
