Been coming to this location for years and never had a problem. The Fri free upsize deal has been something I’ve used many times. When I ordered today the discount was not applied. There seems to be a glitch in the app. I described the situation to the manager and she tried navigating the app on my phone and had to go through it a couple times to get the button to work.
