If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I've tried to give them multiple chances to redeem themselves and they just seem to disappoint more and more. I ordered ahead once, and when I got there, they were closed. I reached out to the company for a refund, and never got one. Thank God my bank let me dispute the charge. Ordered a smoothie back on 2/6 via the app. Showed up doors were locked, no lights on,no sign.App says order was complete yet no one is there. Called customer service who said they would process a refund but the manager has to sign off on it. Been 2 weeks, nada..... Do yourself a favor and drive to the Mentor location.
Closed on a Saturday during business hours with no sign or notice. Someone else showed up at the same time and stated that they had placed an online order to pick up. Avoid this location at all costs and do not order online. In the past, I have had subpar service and they failed to honor a gift card that another location could use just fine. There are other better options in this area anyways.
Only gave the service 2 stars because i ordered online and actually came to the location just for them to be closed. Alot of ppl outside with online orders. No be back sign nothing. Gas and money wasted.
