Long time Smoothie King customer, and used to seeing food service. Tough giving any stars where the cashier is on her phone and customers waiting, then add to that dead personality to this. Enough of poor service that both me and other customers looked at each other in disbelief and for me to post as a need for them to do better.

I have seen a couple of times that I have came some of the employees leave the store to go to bahama bucks and give out smoothies to the other workers. Otherwise the store is clean but a lot of times I come in the workers have attitudes or look like they don’t want to be there.

Not sure who the man was that was working today (Thursday afternoon), but he was so helpful. I have four young kids and it can be a lot of action feeding them out. He was so kind and even offered to help me when my daughter was having a bit of a meltdown. May not seem like a big deal to some, but it was to me. They were quick at making the smoothies and my kids drank them so quick, needless to say they were delicious. Thank you Smoothie King for hiring hard working gentlemen to work at your organization :)

Even while being busy on a friday afternoon, everything was great! The people working were incredibly kind and had awesome service!
