This was my second visit to Smoothie King, and unfortunately the experience felt a bit uncomfortable. When I entered the store, there were no employees present at the front, which was understandable as I was still deciding on a smoothie. However, when a team member returned from the restroom, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. While I don’t expect anything overly performative, a simple professional greeting such as “Hello, how are you?” or an apology for the wait would have gone a long way. So I've came to the conclusion smoothie king doesn't like making money. None of them will break a $100 bill. Horrible business policy. They dont even seem to care.
