Waited forever in the drive through with only 1 customer in front. Made my order for a smoothie bowl. Waited then at the window for even longer just for them to say they don’t have those. When it’s on their menu and it’s a smoothie place. No apologies, no substitution recommendations, nothing just a “uh we don’t have it.” The curly haired boy taking my order probably just didn’t want to make it. They should have said they were out when we ordered so they could waste less of my time on a Saturday. Horrible customer service.
Website and door states that they close at 8pm. I pulled up at 7:45pm and the lights were off and they were closed. The least they can do is advertise they are going to close early.
Went to the drive thru. No one else in line. The worker asked if I was a pick up. When I said no, he responded with "Okay I have 4 orders to do so it will be a long wait." When I asked how long that meant he responded super flippant along the lines of idk just a long wait. I just left. Really turned off by the interaction like I was a bother for daring to come and try to order.
First off, the staff was very friendly and service was quick. Unfortunately, my drive-thru smoothie order was wrong and I didn't realize it until I was quite a ways away. Not the end of the world, mistakes happen...but it's definitely a major bummer to spend $12+ on a smoothie and get the wrong order, especially when it's not one you like or can drink.
