My smoothie was delicious but the menu board & ordering process was confusing.
Arrived at 11:55. Order was taken at 12:24. Received smoothies at 12:44. It took nearly an hour from when I entered the store to order and receive my smoothies. Management needs to do better. There was 1 person working and she had to take so many in person and app orders on a hot Saturday afternoon in the summer. People ended up leaving. Another pregnant customer was waiting on her feet for nearly an hour! There is NO reason for ONE employee to have been working by herself when it was so busy. Will never come back.
Would give zero stars if I could. Waited almost 30 minutes for a smoothie that the server knew she wasn’t going to able to make in a timely manner. The girl who took my order seemed to be the only one in the store. I couldn’t even get a refund because there seemed to be no manager in the store. I get call-outs happen, but this was absolutely ridiculous and I won’t be returning. I recommend that everyone get their smoothies elsewhere.
First time trying it out. The two staff members were sweet and very friendly. Got two drinks stretch and flex and my friend got a nutty grain vegan drink. Both were good choices. It's surprisingly not too expensive compared to other places I've been to. They give you nice size drinks for the money paid. I've spent $11 for little drink elsewhere. This place i got a 32 ounce drink that was amazing. On hot days like today, it was really good quality drinks, it's well worth it!
