Normally I go to this location at 6am but today I chose to go around 6pm. The difference in quality of service was outrageous. I always order my Smoothie about 10-15 minutes in advance. When I showed up it was obvious the worker either forgot or never checked the online order. Which wasn't a big deal really. I patiently waited for my smoothies to be made which didn't take too long. Absolutely horrible management. Such a long lie and his lazy butt just stood there when this girl was alone doing everything and obviously new. Waited 15 mins plus and even longer to just order. There was one car in front of me.
