The food is good quality and I love Smoothie King but the service at this location is so so slow. They need help during peek times (830a-930a) (12p-1pm) (5p-630p) It is to the point that I am going to just get Dunkin toast nextdoor instead. 26 mins for a normal peanut butter toast. Honestly I wasnt even upset but disappointed that when I did recieved it the toast was not even luke warm because she left it while prepping other order.
There are 3 employees in the store today. The young man assisting a customer and a young lady behind him on her phone. She walks to the register as if im interrupting her. Does not say a word. Not hi not nothing, just stares at us. I finally just order and she is now staring at my Granddaughter not saying anything. My Granddaughter orders. The employee asking do I have the app I say yes. I ordered an açaí bowl and was really disappointed with the portion size. The bowl wasn’t filled to the top—or even close to halfway—which is not how it’s usually served. When I asked the employee how many ounces are supposed to come in the bowl, she couldn’t give me an answer. I politely asked for it to be remade since it didn’t seem like the correct portion, but when it was remade, it came out the exact same way. It’s well past opening time, and the store still isn’t open on April 16th. I placed a mobile order, but it’s not ready. This is a terrible experience.
Ordered the new pb protein bowl. Waited for about 25 minutes until I got it in the extremely hot waiting area. Just to get it and can’t eat it. It had an insane amount of pb on the top scraped some off and still couldn’t eat it. It was soooo thick and through out the whole bowl.
