It’s evident that management is the problem… I’ve never had a good experience here, with varying employees. If you have 25 minutes to waste to wait for ONE smoothie, while employees move at snail’s pace, and hardly acknowledge you… visit this location.

0/10. I have gone to this location twice within the same week and on both occasions none of the workers greeted me. When I went to the counter both times the cashiers at the time did not even ask “how can I help you” or “what can I get you today”. I had to begin speaking to them first. On the second occasion the guy began to put his gloves on in my face at the register and did not plan to give me my receipt as if him putting on his gloves was more important that his customer service. The customer service here is horrible. I went there for 6 months almost twice a week every month and was ignored every single time until they were ready to take my order and even then, I didnt get greeted. It was just can i take your order. Its almost an atmosphere that screams "you need my help. I dont need yours or im only here because someone is making me.". I wont be going here anymore.

Took a bite out of this and the strawberries are always mushy here and this tasted sour like the berries went bad. They never smile when I say hello I sometimes don’t get a hello back when I speak. They look miserable every time I come in. smoothies taste great but when I order toast with fruit it’s always expired, sour, and mushy.
