I’ve been a loyal customer since relocating to Marietta 4yrs ago and especially enjoy your smoothie bowls. Recently, I encountered a frustrating situation at this particular location. I was told they won’t add almond butter to my smoothie bowl, even though I’m happy to pay for it. Customers regularly customize smoothies, so it seems unnecessarily restrictive not to allow the same flexibility for bowls. Stinks as soon as you walk in.. as if the floors and counters are cleaned with dirty water.. there was only one female working on a Sunday at that. My smoothie was really thin, watery which caused me to waste most of it because i can’t drink cold things fast. I would rate this place a 3/5. Probably won’t return to this location

I frequent this Smoothie King location and I would really like to give it at least four stars because they've made improvements over the last few years that I've been coming here however I just cannot give this place anything higher than a one star. Every time I come to this location I either get a five-star service or I get a one-star service but most of the time it's usually a one-star service.
