As a regular visitor to Smoothie King locations up and down the East Coast, I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this location while traveling back from Iowa. I stopped at this location and, unfortunately, encountered some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at the brand. There was only one other customer in the store when I arrived, so the environment wasn’t rushed or hectic.
