I stopped by Smoothie King on S Church Street in Murfreesboro, TN, and had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere inside the store was clean, fresh, and welcoming. Ashley, the manager on duty, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She guided me through the menu and helped me pick the perfect smoothie — I went with the Be Well, and it was absolutely delicious! As a regular visitor to Smoothie King locations up and down the East Coast, I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this location while traveling back from Iowa. I stopped at this location and, unfortunately, encountered some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at the brand. There was only one other customer in the store when I arrived, so the environment wasn’t rushed or hectic.
