The bar that keeps all the powders, fruits etc could use some tidying up. BUT the staff is ALWAYS NICE! To me…it’s all in the customer service.
I live right across the street so I come to this location pretty regularly. I absolutely love Smoothie King & all the products. With all that being said, unfortunately I have to give one star because of the HORRIBLE customer service from one particular employee, Maya, EVERY single time she works. I’m not sure if she’s just a mean person or if she hates her job but her attitude sucks. On two occasions I had a very minor issue with a smoothie I purchased and had to get them remade. It's Friday and it's 8am. The young man that was working is the ABSOLUTE sweetest young man I've encountered in a while! Anytime I have questions he answers them very polite. This is my favorite location! Thanks for being so sweet!!!
Is there anyway I can hire Sal to be my personal smoothie maker? He was amazing and this was the best smoothie I’ve had!
