Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through. There was one car ahead of us the whole time.
Waited in the drive through for 35 mins just for them to tell me they gave my food to someone else. And haven't even started on my order. Asked me to take my sleeping kids out of my car and come inside to wait. Absolutely atrocious place. After still waiting another 10 minutes Tyler in the wrong tells me he will not give us a refund he will not let me talk to a manager and decides to yell at me because he cant keep his composure.
