If zero stars were possible, that’s what I would give. I stopped by this morning for a smoothie and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was rude, the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the smoothie itself was not made well. Never coming back to this location .
Just wanted to share this and give a huge thank you to this smoothie king location. I was working late and ordered one of the seasonal Pumpkin keto smoothies via app. When I got to the drive thru, one of the staff said that they were sorry but couldn’t get the container of pumpkin opened and offered to make me a different smoothie. She provided me with several options. I chose a fruitier version: blueberry, almond butter strawberry berry combo plus an additional protein powder.
