I asked for extra peanut butter and I pay for it but the manager said this is extra peanut butter
this is my 20th time getting a smoothie bowl and today they don’t fill it to the brim and in one of them was missing bananas I asked them and told me they can’t do anything about it that’s how they supposed to make it
Very friendly and helpful staff! I went during lunch and the cashier Lorenzo T was very helpful and patient with me, helped pick out the perfect smoothie for me!
I give SK 1 star for the worst customer service experience I have ever had here. This one person who seemed to be the manager for the day made the whole establishment look bad. I pulled into the drive through and Johnathan S. took my order for a product off the shelf, which shouldn’t take hardly any time to get. Yet, I was waiting for 10min. at the drive-thru window and watched this individual pass up the window twice!!!
