I arrived And You Didnt Open The Door It Was Locked. You Just Waved And Said You Were Closed (Atleast Thats What I Thought ) .Also You Could've Told Me To Proceed To The Drive Thru How Can I Understand Reading Lips? . If There Was One Thing Better You Couldve Done , You've Could've Spoke To Me And Said Something To Me For Me To Understand. I've Nevered Been To A Smoothie King So Im A First Timer ! Ive Always Tried Jamba Juice Just Decided To Go Here Since I Was Craving It So Unprofessional. Will Not Come Back !
Terrible employees. Closed the front door forcing everyone to pick up through the drive thru line. I was picking up for DoorDash delivery, pick up time was set for 9:11, yet they refused to hand the drink that was supposed to be prepared, forcing me to wait in the line with 5 cars in front. Terrible employees or terrible management, either way this store does NOT meet standard expectations at all. Will not buy at this location ever.
Very fast service & friendly atmosphere, would definitely recommend.
