I order one large smoothie horrible taste like a watery. I called the store. Talk to someone by name. Jon telling me that it’s Uber fault is not our fault. This is not the how you talk to Customers learn how to give good service to Customers so they can come back sorry, but I’m not coming back to you guys anymore!
I have been going to this Smoothie King for years, and today, as usual, I went after the gym—only to be denied service because the young lady said they don’t accept $20s or $50s. I couldn’t believe what I heard. This is crazy! I’ve never heard of such a thing. Why would you refuse a customer’s money? From now on, I’ll be making my own smoothies at home. If you have a $20 or $50, don’t bother going, because they won’t accept it. She didn’t even explain why—only that they don’t take those bills. That young lady should be fired... read more
I love coming to this Smoothie King! The staff always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome every time. The service is quick, friendly, and consistent, and the smoothies are always blended perfectly. I never have an issue here—definitely my go-to spot for a great smoothie experience!
