I placed an order online at around 5:00 p.m. I came to the store around 5:10p.m. The guy working in there did the "we're closed" throat gesture to me. He wouldn't come to the door to even speak to me as I held my order up to the glass. This is unacceptable! Now I have no product or way of getting my money back. Online ordering shouldn't be allowed if the location is closed and store reps need to learn how to deal with customers. The 2 ladies that mostly work here are always pleasant by the way. People come here for something quick. Usually don’t have time to wait 10mins.
I’ve been here a couple of times, and it’s definitely hit or miss. I actually like coming here, but I just wish it could be a bit faster. Sometimes it’s super slow, and other times I’m in and out with no problem — just depends on the day.
Not sure who was working yesterday at 6pm but he was so kind and helpful. He patiently answered questions I had about the smoothies since this was my first time there. The drink was prepared quickly and was the best I have ever had! Thank you to the gentleman that was working at the front for making this a great experience, I will definately be back!
