I once left a positive review on this location, but within the last year or so, the smoothies have been icees and snow cones instead of an actual smoothie. My smoothie has been consistently with small or moderate sized chunks of ice in it and its too thick to consume. Please re-train your staff to fully blend and make a smoothie, as it shouldn’t be this hard to do.
Update 9/17/24 - I did contact contact the corporate smoothie king feedback team at contactus.smoothiekingfeedback.com and their response was that the owner of this franchise location has not responded to corporate’s repeated outreach to resolve a customer complaint. Original - I had a really disappointing experience with Smoothie King on Preston Rd in Frisco, TX.
