Placed an online order. Upon arrival, the store was packed with people placing orders with only one girl working. My smoothie wasn’t ready despite me ordering it a bit ago. I am not mad ; the worker handled the crowd well for being the only one. She asked if I was picking up, said just a second, and made my smoothie quickly when I arrived. She was friendly but appeared a bit overwhelmed. Management needs to make sure they’re taking care of their people. It was great as always but I don't appreciate earning a $6 reward credit whatever you want to call it and then you determining what I can and can't use it on that that's silly you already determined that certain specials don't go towards rewards and that's completely understandable but once they're achieved or earned you shouldn't determine what we can and can't use them on. (Signed ,30 year customer). One more thing 1 of the items that I got was a special, the other was NOT so my reward credit should have been accepted.
Even though the store was closed, the Smoothie King app accepted my order. The drive thru is open however. This information is from their Google Maps page. About an hour later my order was canceled but I was charged. I have not received a refund. I have submitted a complaint with no response and I have called the store. Please resolve this matter as I was essentially robbed by Smoothie King.
