I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel this should be addressed. I came in tonight around 4:45 and ordered a bowl. There was only one order ahead of me, yet it still took about 15 minutes for my bowl to be made with 3 workers behind the counter. The staff didn’t seem to care, and when I paid extra for hazelnut, I only received a light drizzle that I couldn’t even taste.
