The downtown Naperville store is the location we've gone to for years, but we stopped about a year ago because they very rarely fully blend a smoothie anymore. We decided to give them another shot today, even ordered ahead by about 30 minutes. They still couldn't get it right. Not worth it.
This is the most convenience smoothie near me. But I will first off say it is the rudest location, the girls in there are absolutely unprofessional barely talk to you let alone even greet you. They make it feel like it’s such a stressful task or a burden for you to make an order. There was a gentleman in front of me who asked if there was a restroom. They didn’t even look at him. The customer service really needs improvement, you are in downtown Naperville do better!
