I waited at the counter for 10 mins while three different employees walked past and continued on with what they were doing. Not one single “hi” “well be right with you”, nothing. I am understanding and don’t mind waiting but to not be greeted and to be ignored is not how it should be. I have then even a few more minutes after the 3rd employee to walk by but still didn’t receive help so I left. Very disappointing visit.
Since I moved to Memphis I’ve been going to the smoothie king on poplar, it has never disappointed, from the smoothie to the greeting at the door, always consistently amazing. This smoothie king is one of the highlights to my daily gym experience. Special shout of to Kaila, Danielle and Brian always greeting me with a smile and making sure I get my enhancers so I stay slim and trim. Keep up the great work!
