I’m honestly very upset over what happened yesterday with my smoothie. My husband picked up my favorite smoothie from here and I’m drinking it and I feel something go into my mouth that’s hard and plastic. I pull it out of my mouth and it’s a huge piece of sharp white plastic. It was all throughout my drink! I tried calling the store 4 times to inform them of this and no one answered. Went in there on a random weekday one person was working they did not greet me. They said nothing to me. As I approach the counter the one employee stared at me with a deep vacant look on their face with zero expression, almost not even acknowledging my presence in the building. They proceeded to prepare the one smoothie they had in line. terrible customer service. they refuse to process refunds. manager sucks and employees don’t know how to make drinks properly.
The workers turned me away and refused service an entire hour before closing time. The doors were locked and they stated that their “working hours have changed”. However none of this is updated on their website. their door closing time states 10 PM.
