The young staff working there do not have a good customer service, they need an adult or a more responsible employee managing the drive thru. Not responsive, don’t say hello, it’s like they don’t want to work there. Came in at 8:45pm, on 6/35/26. Hopefully the manager address this, very disappointed.
Unfortunate I have to leave this review as I have given a chance over last 3 bowls I’ve ordered but I’ve realized now this location must be trained to not give customers what they pay for. The bowls are always way below the minimum base of what you order. I’ve never had a problem with any other smoothie king so this is a bizarre problem to have. Unfortunate I have to drive to another smoothie king for a bowl because this location is most definitely trained to not give customers what they pay for.

This used to be my go-to location since it's close by. Now I drive past this location almost an additional 8 min to go to another Smoothie King on Preston. The service here is soo poor! You can never get a consistent smoothie. It changes from watery/thin, super sweet to off-tasting. The line is always long. They can never hear, remember what your ordered or get it right. I gave up and just started driving to another Smoothie King. I do not recommend.
Terrible service at this location.
