Unfortunately this SK is dirty. The floors are sticky and the trash was overflowing behind the counter. Empty used containers for mixing the shakes were behind the bar. Pictured is the open trash can with no bag. Yuck!
david is the most amazing worker so polite and had my smoothie out immediately same with z she was one nicest women i’ve ever met. however the manager avery was very mean telling me ti leave and pushed z on the ground and took david’s hat then threatened to ban my friend for making this review
I got denied service because I brought in my service animal and then they (illegally) asked for an ID which I didn’t have on me. I’ve brought my dog in there multiple times before where I’m in the building for less than 5 minutes. Little ridiculous if you ask me. Love smoothie king, staff is inconsistent
Tried Smoothie King for the first time today. Got the PB Swizzle & the Heart 8 Grain Loaded Peanut Butter Toast. PB Swizzle: 6/10, Loaded Toast: 8/10.
When you walk in, you will be punched in the face with a putrid smell that makes you think you accidentally walked into a sewage plant. Other reviews have mentioned this months ago, and it seems as though they have never fixed the issue. I will never return for that reason alone. It truly smells like a septic/sewage issue in the building. It’s absolutely vile.
