All the the employees here are amazing but this location is chronically understaffed with long longs and wait times. I would give employees 5 stars but the wait times mean 1 star for service.

Always a good experience. Avery, Jordan, and Avery were very attentive.
Ordered a bowl through the app. I waited 10 minutes in the store and told they didn’t have them in stock. Then I was then told they can’t refund me in the store since it was order through the app. I spoke to the area manager, and he was nice and said he would take care of it. Last time this happened, I never received my credit/refund after months of trying to get it resolved.
Very good customer service and fresh acai bowls and VERY VERY GOOD island impact smoothies. Shout out to cameron jasmine and alan!!!
