30 mins for smoothies and a flat bread is ridiculous. Young kids hurting the brand by messing up orders and not providing optimal customer service.

I don't know what the heck was going on 08/26 at roughly 6:30pm but the kid making smoothies looked high as a kite and literally couldn't move any slower. There were only 3-4 people in the store, 2 employees and the person ahead of me had to ask for a refund things were so slow, I was about to do the same. I didn't just pay almost $14 for a 20min smoothie... why do we tip before we receive any service? I wouldn't have tipped at all with that kind of service.
