Been coming to this same location for close to two years. The staff has always been polite and respectful. One particular staff member, Jared (hope the name is right), remembered my favorite order and asks me how my day is going every time. Highly recommend this location!
Terribly understaffed!! I had to wait over 20 mins in the drive-thru for a smoothie bowl, and then the smoothie bowl was only half filled compared to other smoothie bowls I have gotten at this location.
Smoothies were good. The customer service was not. The man at the window mixed up our order by switching sizes(one of our drinks was a 20oz and the other was 32oz) No big deal. When we informed the man he gave us an annoyed look and said , "I guess I can remake it." Which truly he only needed to remake 1 drink, the one that was too small. He could have just poured the bigger drink in a smaller cup. He went ahead and remade both drinks. When he came back to the drive through window.
