I’ve visited this store multiple times, and they consistently close before 9 PM on weekdays. This is disappointing and inconvenient. Not Reliable hours
Anthony provided excellent service today! My first time here.
It took a whopping 35 minutes for our two smoothies to be made. They were out of ingredients. The employee spilled about half of the smoothie on the counter, and then put the remaining in a 20oz cup, even though I had paid for a 32oz. She did not apologize. One smoothie was essentially liquid and disgusting. The other smoothie was so thick and had ice chunks in it. We will not come back.
Anthony is phenomenal! You do not find to many people that take pride in their work. I came back hoping to get another person to make my smoothie and I did. Anthony listened and made it right! My Hulk with added ingredients was . I’ll be back. The store is fresh and clean. Anthony, thanks for changing my frown into a smile.
I can’t comment on the food quality. I arrived at Smoothie King at 7:35, store was listed to close at 8pm. The employee said we couldn’t order because they had to have time to clean up and close. If this is the case would suggest manager should change hours to be listed as closed at 7:30 if that’s when they stop taking orders. We went to publix instead.
