Stopped by this Smoothie King in the morning and had a really good experience. The staff helped me pick something since I wasn’t sure what I wanted Service was quick even though it was a little busy one of the better locations I’ve been
It looks like based on the other reviews that these folks really waste a lot of time and don’t have your orders ready in time. I ordered 35 minutes ahead, it was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes but I arrive there and they’re just chatting with each other. Then after they find out I came in for my order they start making the order. Another time, they gave me an entirely different order from what I ordered. First of all the people that work here aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer. Secondly not sure if it a staffing problem or special needs but they are agonizingly slow. If you don't want to burn up 20-30 minutes of time unnecessarily go somewhere else. This place sucks!
I wait around 20 min for order and the lady was ignoring me I calling her and they just doing other order and no making my very bad customer service and to long waiting for order I placed online
