Map says they close at 9, we just pulled up and they said they’re closing early at 8:30…but it’s 8:15. So when we asked about that, they turned off the speaker and ignored us. Very disappointing to experience that and makes me not want to come back to this location.
Spent 40 dollars on 3 smoothie bowls that were half full. Took them more than 30 minutes to make and we were the first customers in. By the time we got our bowls, they were soup bowls instead of smoothie bowls. A complete waste of my time and money. Please don't come to this business when they first open in the morning because it seems like the workers run around like chickens with no neck not knowing what to do.
Absolutely terrible, ordered online, arrived 30 minutes later, took additional 30 minutes after I arrived at the store, drive-through line not moving, went inside to get order order wasn’t ready, when I finally got my order I was told they’re out of straws, when I got home and actually tried to drink the thing, it tasted like water
This has always been a great place to visit. But, the manager, Ms. Rayne, is extremely rude and non-professional. Rushed the order over the intercom after reading back the incorrect order and continue to tell over the intercom after I'd asked nicely if she would repeat to ensure accuracy.
