This is my favorite Smoothie King location in South Florida, yes I have tried nearly all of them. The only critique I would give is how it operates around 8:00pm. The staff can’t keep up with the rush of customers like myself who wait until evenings to satisfy our cravings, only to be disappointed. The quality isn’t the same and sometimes they display open yet close before 8:30 leaving customers who travelled to the location disappointed. It's very unfortunate that when you leave young people to work your business and you call your order in 15 minutes ahead of time and when you get there, it still isn't ready. It's unfortunate when you have frequent customers that they're so discouraged from placing an order because the young people are just not on top of it that you're losing customers. So whoever owns a franchise needs to pay attention.
