Very bad customer service and humiliating experience. The employee openly criticized my order in front of other customers, saying it would taste bad and acting like my order was a burden. While making it, he said “I want her to try this first because I know it won’t taste good”, laughing as if it were a joke. I paid for my order, so it should not matter to him whether he personally likes it or not. disappointed. I usually come to this smoothie king but I don't anymore. I was next door so I stopped to get my bowl and omg attitude overload. These kids need training. they know nothing about customer service. She's going to tell me i Ave no rewards but im looking at it on my phone. attitude from I step in the store. Will never come back to this store again. owners ur at risk to loose ur business with these kids that knows nothing about customer service.
