Gionnah was great, good my meal quickly, and had a great attitude!
The employees here are rude and dismissive. But let’s get to the real issue, In drive-thru, I ordered a peanut power plus, took a few sips and was wondering why the smoothie was crunchy. There was little plastic particles in my smoothie. Turn back around to let them know about it, and they’re dismissive about it “so you want a refund?” Was what I got hit with instead an apology what can we do to fix it.
