Ordered online today and driver only brought 1 of 3 smoothies ordered. I called and immediately spoke to a gentleman that was aware of the issue and offered to deliver them himself to correct the issue. THAT is what customer service is about. BRAVO!!!!
Good place, very clean and the staff Alejandra y Roysmely very nice and friendly.
I came to this smoothie King expecting good customer service but unfortunately the experiencia was terrible. The employees were rude, dismissive and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. On top of that the service was extremely slow and unprofessional my order was not handled properly and when I tried to ask a question the attitude I received was unacceptable, I'm very disappointed would not recommend this location based on my experience
