I waited in the drive-through line for nearly 30 minutes for one smoothie. A far cry from the good service I’m used to at this location.
Today, I ordered three 32 oz smoothies for leaders on my team. While one was properly filled, the other two were noticeably underfilled—one to a surprising degree. When I brought this to the attention of the associate assisting me (a young woman with glasses and braids), I was told that there were trainees working today and that the portions vary depending on who prepares the smoothies. The hours say they open at 7. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no one taking my order. I went and parked instead because I saw workers inside. The door was locked and they acted as if they didn’t see me. Very disappointing.
Always slow! Literally have to leave the store or drive thru because it takes so long.
