I've never been so ripped off by a smoothie place, and I'm aware that they're a rip-off to begin with. We've been to Smoothie King plenty of times, but usually at the S College location. We went to this location and had a very long wait in the drive thru (longer than normal for smoothies) despite multiple workers in the building and only a couple cars in front of us. Went in drive through yesterday afternoon and ordered a smoothie ans peanut butter toast. She burned my toast and with no gloves on i watched her scrape the burnt off and gave it to be.. i was already having a bad day so i just left with it. Would you want someone to give you burnt toast if your paying for it? I am sticking to tropical smoothy for now on.
Stopped by at 8:52 tonight with my son to grab a couple of basic smoothies. Lights in drive through were off so we parked and walked in. Door says they close at 9pm. We were the only customers. As soon as we walked in the only employee (female) in the store said “we’re closed.” I said “I thought you close at 9.” She said “yeah, that’s like seven minutes from now.” All we needed were a couple of basic smoothies.
