i’ve visited this location several times- in the past month i have ordered very simple one item orders, and every time my order has been incorrect. i paid for peanut butter and received none, another occasion i got the peanut butter added to my bowl… for it to be smeared all over the outsides of my bowl. the employees here don’t use gloves and have remnants of food on their hands when passing out orders. today i placed a large online order and my açai bowl was left off the order. when it was picked up, an employee handed the... read more
Smoothie King never reimbursed me for an online order that they did not fulfill because of lack of staff. Basically just stole my money. No product, no refund... $21.87
Love the Auburn location! They always get it right and they have the best customer service. Today we had Allana and she made our visit a breeze. Suggested items we will add to our favorites when we visit again.
May 06th: Edit: BE WARNED!!!!! They’re telling people to give them fake 5 star reviews!!! May 02.26 Waited 30+ min in the line. All drive-thru orders were being turned away, and so was I, but I had placed a mobile order earlier so I was allowed to pull forward.
