Don't bother with placing an order ahead of time. They prioritize orders placed in house even after people with online orders check in. I waited 15+ past quoted wait time (15-20 mins) vs folks who were walking in, ordering, and leaving before me.
Systems were down hut some how my card got charged 3 times. I had left because they said it wasnt going through. I have tried to call multiple times but no one answers. Finally got ahold of someone today and they said to call my bank that it has nothing to do with them hahah.
Made a mobile order today and walked inside with my wife. My wife asked for our order, the girl at counter told her it was not ready yet. My wife patiently stood by and waited since it was busy. I went to use the bathroom. When I came out my wife was getting her drink. She got it and walked outside.
