Their manager is the BEST. They take feedback seriously and use it to improve. For a fee days they had issues with online orders not coming in and long wait times but now it is perfect. Great service as always. Thanks
Had to abandon my order after 45 MINUTES - and after reading other reviews, this is not a unique experience. It’s clear they won’t have more than one person working at a time, and it’s always the slowest person imaginable. There’s a Planet Smoothie a mile away, who is fast, and is comparable in price and selection. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. Store 1693 , Robin by herself did an awesome job. She kept a smile on her face even though being by herself. Please give her a raise. EXCELLENT!!!
The smoothies are always great. However, this location needs more than one person in the facility working.
Servers are great and always very helpful but lately it seems a lot of time they only have one person during lunch hour causing loong delays and online ordering not available. Guess it is time to hire new team members and pay higher salaries. This is getting ridiculous.
