Cianne and Aziz are not only mature beyond their years, but provide customer service excellence combined with old-school graciousness. A STARK contrast with a proximate Smoothie King. With this standard of excellence, this is my new healthy jam.
Their manager is the BEST. They take feedback seriously and use it to improve. For a fee days they had issues with online orders not coming in and long wait times but now it is perfect. Great service as always. Thanks
Had to abandon my order after 45 MINUTES - and after reading other reviews, this is not a unique experience. It’s clear they won’t have more than one person working at a time, and it’s always the slowest person imaginable. There’s a Planet Smoothie a mile away, who is fast, and is comparable in price and selection. Do yourself a favor and go there instead.
