I’m a fan, and although I don’t visit every week, I stop by whenever the craving calls me. I had been saving up my points, so I was really frustrated to receive an email saying they expired. The last time I visited this year, the store’s system wouldn’t accept my phone number, so I couldn’t even earn points on that visit. I enjoy stacking my points so I can redeem them for my favorite treat. Now I have to start over again, and that’s disappointing. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened.
The bathrooms are literally disgusting and it made the store smell horrible, as a SK manager myself it's a bit disappointing to see
Really did not appreciate driving all the way to this store as a delivery driver, arriving right when they close at 10pm on the dot and seeing my customer’s order sitting right on the counter in front of me as I’m being ignored by employees at the front door and drive through. Showed the employees my phone with the order but they were extremely rude and dismissive. Someone could’ve grabbed the items on the way out and handed them to me.
