Malala, Zaumeer, and Bryce all had AMAZING Customer Service. They went all out and beyond for my order. I will be back. I hope to see them next time. Be sure to give them all pay raises if possible.
So I always come to this S.King but on Friday yesterday, Not 1 but both of my 32 oz smoothies was water down, I didn’t taste the frozen yogurt I always get in mine and my son said the same thing his was water down and he didn’t even taste the add on strawberry…. I wasn’t the money I paid for them ..smh and when I try calling on yesterday to see what could be done no one answer and then when some one did answer the young guy put me on hold then the phone hung up…smh I just wanted them to remake them … ugh

This is the absolute worse Smoothie King franchise I've ever visited. It truly puts a stain on the brand. Not sure what the manager is but it is not being run to the standard of others. Customer service is horrible and they lacked professionalism. They were curt and rude and literally snapped at me for asking for my drink.
