Takes one hour to make a smoothie. Drive thru line doesn’t move at all in the morning.
Chauncy, Kaylah, Zaumeer gave me excellent customer service. They fixed my smoothie in a timely manner and were very pleasant during my visit. Thanks yall! I’ll be back!
I’m all for the young people working, very glad they have gainful employment. But please provide them with some workplace etiquette. The unnecessarily long lines, employees playing in the store, serving powdery smoothies with missing ingredients is not how this brand should be represented.
This location has a bunch of teenagers and no professionalism laughing screaming playing line inside & outside is long very bad customer service
Omg! I have never had a bad smoothie until here. Everyone who works there is 22 and younger . When a promotional code didn’t work they said “oh that’s not working for us today” and that was suppose to be acceptable- as opposed to to them calling a manager or figuring it out with corporate. The smoothie was actually nasty and chaulky . Lord . And they took forever!
