I want to say that I was very dissatisfied with a safety issue I had encountered during a visit on a rainy afternoon. Upon entering the store, my shoes, wet from the rain, slipped on the tiled floor, nearly causing a fall. The safety rug, typically placed at the entrance to absorb moisture and reduce slip hazards, was not in place. The drive-thru menu is very hard to read. It’s too large and placed so close to the car that you can barely see the whole thing clearly. It would be much better if it were positioned a bit farther back or designed to be more readable from the driver’s window. It makes ordering quite inconvenient.
