Amazing service, every time I go I am greeted by two lovely young ladies and have an amazing experience and always leave with a delicious smoothie
The smoothie was fine but the store is filthy. The tables hadn’t been wiped down, the floor needs mopping, the syrups hadn’t been wiped down clearly in ages etc. Cleanliness needs to improve.
Whoever owns the Smoothie Kings in Gainesville need to be concerned. I have been a patron for years to the point where I’ve bragged on Smoothie King and even attempted to make weekly runs for my office. Well that stops today as both the 13th location and the location on Archer Road were unable to provide me with any kind of service. Walked into the store to be told they’re not taking orders at this location. They’re open and have been since 7 AM.
I went in to get a smoothie last week and the smoothie was amazing. The customer service was excellent when I went in for a smoothie so I thought I might write a review. I was served by a man with curly hair and he treated me with a lot of respect so I hope whoever the manager is know you are doing a great job
