Whoever owns the Smoothie Kings in Gainesville need to be concerned. I have been a patron for years to the point where I’ve bragged on Smoothie King and even attempted to make weekly runs for my office. Well, that stops today as both the 13th location and the location on Archer Road were unable to provide me with any kind of service. I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. Although the "OPEN" neon sign was clearly turned on and the posted store hours indicated the shop should have been operational at the time of my visit, the doors were locked. When I attempted to get clarification, the staff members inside unfortunately refused to provide any explanation for the closure. Smoothie king is amazing & my favorite ! It keeps me hydrated , nutritionally balanced and something to look forward every day . I love that there are at least 3 locations in Gainesville, Fl. All employees been friendly , helpful and efficient . The manager is very professional and always makes me feel like an award winning customer ! Thank you !! -Faith
