The store was full of people waiting for orders, and the one person who was making drinks looks like he might have had cognitive disabilities, and spend 10 minutes staring at orders. It took nearly an hour to make my order, and I appreciate hiring people with disabilities, but they should be supported with a full team. I love Smoothie King, unfortunately, I will not be returning.
I walked in the young man at the front never even acknowledged me or looked up. He was the only one in the store visibly and made no effort to welcome a customer in. It felt very awkward, I’ll probably go to the location on 79 from now on…. GET YOUR SPIRIT UP!!!
I’d like to take a moment to thank Daiana for her excellent and attentive customer service. She was incredibly helpful, detail-oriented, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out—she’s doing an amazing job!
I'm a regular at Smoothie King, and I have to say, their smoothies are consistently amazing! I recently tried the "Island Impact," and wow, it was a tropical dream. The mix of mango, pineapple, and a hint of coconut was perfect, and it gave me a real boost. What made my visit even better was the fantastic service I received from Mia. She was super friendly, efficient, and clearly loves her job. She helped me pick out the best smoothie for what I was looking for. She was patient and offered great suggestions.
