Staff is very friendly, but their consistency is non existent. I order a peanut power plus with strawberry 2-3x/wk after my workouts. Most of the time it has no strawberry, some of the time it has no peanut butter and I just end up with a strawberry banana smoothie. By the time I realize it I’m already on the way home, and it’s not the worst thing to complain about, but it seems like it shouldn’t happen so often if this is their whole business
I had a great experience at Smoothie King thanks to Brennan! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He answered my questions, made the ordering process easy, and provided outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Brennan blended my smoothie with so much greatness, I think it came with extra happiness. His customer service was smoother than the smoothie itself, and he made my day with his awesome attitude. If every employee was like Brennan, Smoothie King would have to rename itself “Smoothie GOAT.”
Excellent service
I came in at 9:44 for a last minute smoothie, which I don't typically do because I don't like to interrupt closing duties so I was planning on making it up with a good tip, but the lights were already off and they informed me they were already shut down for the night. If 10pm is later than necessary for your business I recommend changing the hours instead of misinforming the public. I drove 25 minutes from where I live to go to the "open late" location.
