Ordered at least 15 minutes arriving giving me enough time to get my food and get to work on time. I arrive for my order and they just start making my order, which made me late for work. I asked why the order was not premade and I was given the excuse. She was running late and just got there.
The smoothie is great but the customer service I receive when I enter the store is terrible. It’s as if the workers don’t want to be there. There are no smiles, no greetings. Just a simply what do you want. Here’s your order and bye. Please find better staff. Idk her name but she’s a black female with light brown hair and she wears black crocs. The smoothies are just about the same as what you can get everywhere, but what makes this place great is the staff!
