Staff was friendly, experience was fine. Smoothies were absolutely terrible. I was so so excited to show my boyfriend who had never had Smoothie King, my favorite smoothies and the 2 smoothies we ordered were watery, nasty, and foul. Idk if there was new people working or what but i used to work for smoothie king and these are NOT how the smoothies should taste whatsoever. The girls made my smoothie so good all the time and with a smile they are much better than the location in Southgate on fourth Street I only go to the one on Fairlane Drive. They know what they’re doing. It’s very expensive for the smoothies so you want them to be perfect as possible
