Second time I've been to this location and the service has not been great. When ordering on Friday we got 20oz drinks and when waiting for them saw the sign saying we could have gotten a 32 oz one for the same price. The store in Severna park was way more friendlier and offerd this even though we didn't have the app last time we went there on a Friday. I have never seen such service by an establishment before I ordered two smoothies, my wife picked up one not knowing that I ordered two, and when I went back to let them know that she retrieved only one the manager gave me a long song and dance about a smoothie. He didn’t want to give me my money back or another smoothie which I paid for I’ve never seen anything like this before.
