Went for national coffee day, which you had to be there before 10:30 am to be able to receive the drink. Rude employee wanted to chit chat with someone and then by the time 10:30 came around I wasn’t elgible to get my drink. After thinking everything is a joke and laughing under his breath, shouldn’t be working in customer service Period.

I unfortunately cannot give more than 1 star. Ive been to this location years ago and decided to give it another try. Usually I go to the severna park location where they are much more willing to provide service. Millersville location, I get it you want to go home but I also make sure I was here 10mins prior to 9pm, Locked the doors 10mins early, and walked away from door around 8:52pm. Doesn't know how to follow directions AND UNSANITARY. Ordered a specific flavor only..... proceeds to charge me for a smoothie that had the flavor in it and then upsized it. She was even hesitant in giving me the receipt when asked. Did not wash her hands after sweeping the floors.
