Absolutely amazing experience at Smoothie King! The staff was incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive. My smoothie was fresh, perfectly blended, and tasted delicious—exactly what I needed.
Customer service is bad at this location. I will never order from here again. Parker Rd location is best in area.
2.6.2026 This is the 2nd smoothie I've gotten from here and there's long brown hairs on the cup. Gross. If they could just manage hair and food cleanly, I might rate them 5 stars. Quite annoying for increased prices, no more $5 Fridays and HAIR on my cup... TWICE.
I recently purchased two smoothie bowls from this establishment and noted that they contained unfilled spaces. I inquired whether the employee could level the contents and add more to ensure I received the full product for which I paid. I was informed that the filling policy restricts the contents to the white line. However, I pointed out that the presence of gaps indicated the bowls were not entirely full, resulting in a diminished product.
