I'm a loyal customer here and really want to keep supporting this location, but the customer service has been slipping. Itās not just the wait timesāIāve been left standing inside without acknowledgment while drive-thru orders are prioritized, and the one staff member on shift often seems burned out and disengaged. Last week I was in there for 25min before someone came out from the back! Thereās very little effort put into the customer experience.
