9/16/26 Literally waited almost 10-15 minutes AFTER placing an order via the drive thru and no one approached the window in that time frame. Not even to collect payment . To top it off, literally NO ONE was inside the establishment. Not A SOUL. Unacceptable. I drove away after I got tired of waiting, refusing to have another minute of my time be wasted with no explanation.
Need more workers, was in drive thru 35 min just for a pineapple surf 🤬
