My husband and I Came in today to try a bowel the young lady on the cash register had the nastiest attitude. I ask how big were the bowels she rolled her eyes as if I said something wrong, that didn’t sit well with me at all.
I came in with my clients that have special needs and ALL the staff were SO friendly, kind and patient with my people! I really appreciated that and will definitely be coming back! They even were laughing and cracking jokes with them too! Made my heart so warm! This world needs more people in the service industry like the workers here! Thank you for all you do! 💜
Got five people working and none of them know what's going on. It's like they are all on a different page of a different book trying come tell one story. I've seen disorganized and lack of care but this is another level. I get that you don't want to work at Smoothie King, but at least TRY to make it seem like you kinda care?
