Asked the guy from the start if he would ask them to make sure they put the right amount of ice. Otherwise they come out runny. He was with me the whole time and did not communicate that. This place has the worst customer service! They do not take your order right, then they try to blame you. Today is a Friday which if you buy a 20oz you have an upgrade, well didn’t happen even though I mentioned when I did my order. Then they tried to charge me for a 30 oz, I let the cashier know that it’s a 20 oz with upgrade, he changed the order and gave me a 20oz smoothie. They corrected but for the first time, I had to ask for refund tasted so bad! Definitely do not recommend this store!
Drive thru was quick and smoothie was good.
